How to add additional information about a candidate and map fields during resume parsing?

Zoho Recruit - Applicant Tracking System allows you to add additional information about a candidate, for new or an existing candidate individually. You can also map fields on your own and confirm before parsing the resume. A copy of the actual resume will be automatically attached to the candidate details.

To parse and map resumes individually

  1. Click Candidates tab.
  2. Click Import from document, located at the right panel.
  3. Click "Click here to browse file(s)" link and add a resume from your local system.
  4. Select resume format type from the drop-down list.
  5. Click Import resumes [Here you can upload only one resume].
  6. Now add additional information about the candidate and map fields as per your requirement.
  7. Click Add.

Note:

While adding a candidate
The left column shows the candidate form fields.
The default fields will be filled with parsed values.
The right colum shows the parsed values.

For an existing candidate
The left column shows the candidate form fields.
The default fields will be filled with parsed values.
The existing values will be shown below the corresponding candidate fields.
The right column shows the parsed values.
