How do I send e-mails to candidates?

Sending emails to candidates helps you to make the candidate aware of the job description, interview schedules, venue details etc., In Zoho Recruit, you can send emails in 2 ways:

  • Sending individual Emails
  • Sending bulk Emails

To send an email to a candidate:

  1. Login as an Admin/Recruiter
  2. Go to Candidate Profile page.
  3. Select the Emails tab present at the bottom panel
  4. Click on Compose email link and compose mail the way you wan . You can also use merge Zoho Recruit fields such as candidate name, contact no etc.,
  5. Enter the mail content and click on Send.
    Note: Enable the "Save as new email template" check-box to save the mail content as a template.

To send bulk emails:

  1. Login as an Admin/Recruiter.
  2. Go to Candidates tab.
  3. In the List view, enable the check-boxes to select multiple candidates.
  4. Click on Send mail link from Select Options menu.
  5. Compose the mail the way you want. You can also use merge Zoho Recruit fields such as candidate name, contact no etc., in the mail content.
  6. Click on Send.
    Note: Enable the "Save as new email template" check-box to save the mail content as a template.
