Sending emails to candidates helps you to make the candidate aware of the job description, interview schedules, venue details etc., In Zoho Recruit, you can send emails in 2 ways:
- Sending individual Emails
- Sending bulk Emails
To send an email to a candidate:
- Login as an Admin/Recruiter
- Go to Candidate Profile page.
- Select the Emails tab present at the bottom panel
- Click on Compose email link and compose mail the way you wan . You can also use merge Zoho Recruit fields such as candidate name, contact no etc.,
- Enter the mail content and click on Send.
Note: Enable the "Save as new email template" check-box to save the mail content as a template.
- Login as an Admin/Recruiter.
- Go to Candidates tab.
- In the List view, enable the check-boxes to select multiple candidates.
- Click on Send mail link from Select Options menu.
- Compose the mail the way you want. You can also use merge Zoho Recruit fields such as candidate name, contact no etc., in the mail content.
- Click on Send.
Note: Enable the "Save as new email template" check-box to save the mail content as a template.
