You can reject a candidate when the profile does not meet the available job requirements.

To reject a candidate:

1. Go to the Candidate Profile page.
   All job openings associated to the specific candidate will be listed under Associated JO's section
2. Click on Reject link present in the corresponding job opening.
3. Specify any additional comments on why are rejecting the candidate.
4. Click on Yes.

Note: Once rejected, the corresponding profile will be moved from your candidate pool. However, the candidate remains associated to the job opening, so that you can change the status whenever required.
