Hiring is the process of employing a candidate for any of the associated job openings.

To hire a candidate:

1. Go to the Candidate Profile page.
   All job openings associated to the specific candidate will be listed in the right panel.
2. Click on Hire link present in the corresponding job opening.
3. Specify any additional comments in the text-box.
4. By default, "Lock this candidate" check-box is enabled.
   This helps you to stop your users from associating the candidate for other process.
5. Click on Yes.

Note: You can also perform this action from the details page of the associated job opening.
