What is Primary contact? How to change the primary contact?

The primary contact is the person who originally set up your account. All subscription related mails like upgrade/downgrade plans, change credit card billing information and cancel subscription will be sent to the primary contact
To change primary contact, any admin needs to go to Settings and change the Primary contact email id.
