In Zoho Recruit, you can change the status of the job opening according to the progress of the candidates. This can be achieved by going to a job opening detail page or by selecting the job openings in bulk.

To change the status of a job opening (in detail page):

1. Click on Job Openings tab.
2. Click on a Job Opening.
3. In the Job Opening detail page, click on Edit (pencil icon) next to the job status field.
4. Select a status from Change status drop-down list.
5. Specify your comments in the text area, if required.
6. Click on Update.

To change the status of job opening in bulk:

1. Click on Job Openings tab.
2. Select the job openings from the list to change the status.
3. Once selected, click Select actions.
4. Click Change status option from the drop-down list.
5. Select a status from Change status drop-down list.
6. Specify your comments in the text area, if required.
7. Click on Update.

Note: If the number of position reaches the maximum limit, then the status gets automatically changed to "Filled".
