How do I add notes to a job opening?

Notes help you to keep track of the activities, important conversations, reminders, etc. You can add notes in the detail page of the specific job opening, candidate, client and client contact.

To add notes to a Job opening:

Notes help you to keep track of the activities, important conversations, reminders, etc. You can add notes from the details page of the specific job opening, candidate and client.

To add notes to a Job Opening:

  1. Go to Job Openings tab.
  2. In the List view, click on a job opening to add notes.
  3. In the job opening detal page, click Activities tab.
  4. Click Add notes, located below the Activities tab.
  5. Enter your comments related to the job opening in the text-box.
  6. Click Add.

To add notes to a Candidate/Client/Client contact:

  1. Go to [Job opening/Candidate/Client/Client contact] tab.
  2. In the List view, click on a [Job opening/Candidate/Client/Client contact] to add notes.
  3. In the [Job opening/Candidate/Client/Client contact] detail page, click Activities tab.
  4. Click Log an activity, located below the Activities tab.
  5. Select Notes from the drop down list and enter your comments.
  6. Click Add.
