In Zoho Recruit, you can change the default list view to grid/tabular view, and customize it with the required fields.

To change the list view to grid/tabular view

1. Log in to Zoho Recruit.
2. Click Module tab.
   Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab.
   
3. Click Grid View icon.
   Now the default list view is changed to grid/tabular view.

To customize the grid/tabular view

1. Once the default list view is changed to grid/tabular view, click Customize view.
   
2. Select the required fields that you want to make it visible.
   
3. In "Customize the view box", Drag and drop the fields to change the sequence of the columns.
4. Click Ok.
