How to add custom status for job openings and candidates?

Zoho Recruit Applicant Tracking System allows you to add your own custom status in job opening and candidate forms.

Note: Module refers to different tabs. For example, Job openings, Candidates, Clients, etc.

To add custom status:

  1. Click [Module] tab
  2. Click Customize the [Module] details , located at the right panel.
  3. Mouse-over the Job opening status/Resume status (picklist field) and click Edit this field.
  4. Click Add choice and name the status.
  5. Click Add.

Custom Status is available only in paid edition.
