How to embed/show available job openings in my company site?

Available job openings can be posted in your website by embedding the code provided by Zoho Recruit.

To generate the code:

  1. Click Job Opening tab.
  2. Click Publish in website, located in the right-panel.
  3. Copy the generated code and paste it in your website.

To publish any job opening:

  1. Go to Job Opening tab.
  2. Click a particular job opening.
  3. Check the Publish checkbox, located in the job opening details page.
  4. Click Ok.
The job opening is automatically updated in any website where you have embedded the code.

How candidates can submit resume from my site?

Once you embed the code in the website, candidates will have an option "Apply now" to apply for specific job opening. All the resumes applied from website will be automatically associated with the job opening.

How can I parse and dump resumes from my mail inbox or hard disk folder?

Zoho Recruit has enabled the "eGrabber" tool "Resume Grabber" for dumping resumes into the database. For more details, please click the link below:

Can my applicants have a password to only access and update their profiles and apply for jobs?

Currently we do not support this functionality. It will be in our future updates.

How to automatically update the embedded Job Opening?

In Zoho Recruit, the HR team need not embed the code every time when they modify/add a new job opening.

To avoid re-embedding the code:

  1. Click Job Opening tab.
  2. Click a particular job opening.
  3. Check the Publish checkbox, located in the job opening details page.
  4. Click Ok.

You can add links in the form that connects to a separate page - like company disclaimer, etc.

To add links in the form:

  1. Click Candidates tab.
  2. Click Customize the candidate detail.
  3. In "other fields" section, rename the field "picklist field".
  4. To rename the picklist field:

    1. Mouse over the field and click edit this field.
    2. Change your Lable name as <a href="link you want to add">Read and Accept Company Disclaimer Policy</a>.
    3. Add options Yes and No.
    4. Click Update

How to filter candidates under a specific job opening and then mark as unqualified?

In Zoho Recruit you can filter candidates under a specific job opening and mark them as unqualified, individually or in bulk.

To filter candidates under a specific job opening:

  1. Click Candidates tab.
  2. Select a job opening, under "View candidate for associated job opening", located on the right panel.
  3. Select the candidates in bulk or individually.
  4. Click Select actions and choose Unqualify.

How to customize the candidate form in embed website?

You can customize the candidate form in embed website based on your requirements. Zoho Recruit allows you to customize the view and the candidate fields.

To customize candidate form in embed website:

  1. Click Candidates tab.
  2. Click "Embed in website", located on the right panel.
  3. Click "Customize".
  4. Customize the view.
  5. Choose the fields from the form fields that you want to be displayed in the website.
  6. Move the selected fields to the selected form fields list.
  7. Click Update
Note: * System fields cannot be customized
