In Zoho Recruit, you need not embed the code everytime when you add a new field.

To include the newly added fields in embedded site:

1. Click Candidates tab.
   
2. Click Embed in website, located at the right panel.
   
3. Click Customize link.
4. In Choose the candidate fields to be shown section, you can move the selected fields from "Form fields" to "Selected form fields" list.
   
5. Click Update.
