Zoho Recruit allows you to customize the candidate fields in the publish candidate forms.

To customize the candidate fields:

1. Click Settings tab.
   
2. Click Careers website page, at the right panel.
   
3. Click Edit page.
   
4. Mouse over the candidate form and click Customize Candidate fields.
   
5. In the pop up box, click Setup candidate fields tab.
   
   - Choose candidate form fields.
   - Change the look and feel selecting the background color and text color
   - You can either compose an acknowledgement message or redirect to another url to show candidates after the form submission.
   - Customize Apply now button
   - Enter text to customize the candidate form title
6. Click Ok.
