A default mapping will be provided with Zoho Recruit fields and Zoho CRM fields before fetching the Clients and Client Contacts data from Zoho CRM. The fields will be mapped only if the field is present in both Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit. Mapping can be done manually if required, and can be changed at any time.

Note: In Client Mapping the system fields [Client(Account name) and Client manager(Account owner)] cannot be edited.

Note: In Client Contact mapping the system fields [First Name(First Name), Last Name(Last Name) and Client(Account Name)] cannot be edited.

The following data type will be checked while mapping Zoho CRM fields with Zoho Recruit fields:
a. Text box field in Zoho Recruit can be mapped with all the fields in Zoho CRM except the Text area.
b. Text area(Paragraph) field in Zoho Recruit can be mapped with all the fields in Zoho CRM.
c. Email field in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only with the email id field in Zoho CRM. d. Url field in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only with the Url or Website field in Zoho CRM.
e. Pick list field in Zoho Recruit cannot be mapped with Text area, Date, Date and Time, Lookup, Multiselect Pick List fields in Zoho CRM.
f. Date field in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only with Date and Date Time field in Zoho CRM.
g. Look up fields in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only to Look up fields in Zoho CRM. h. Single Look up fields in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only to Look up fields in Zoho CRM.
i. Auto Increment fields in Zoho Recruit can not be mapped with any of the fields in Zoho CRM.
j. Number fields in Zoho Recruit can be mapped only to Number and Integer fields in Zoho CRM.

To do Zoho CRM Mapping [Clients]

1. Log into Zoho Recruit.
2. Click Settings tab.


3. Click Zoho CRM mapping, located at the right panel.


4. In Zoho CRM mapping page, click Clients Tab.


5. The default mapped fields will be displayed.
6. Click Edit the mapping to map manually.


7. Map the fields.


8. Click Update.

• Billing Information includes Billing Street, Billing City, Billing State, Billing Code and Billing Country
• Shipping Information includes Shipping Street, Shipping City, Shipping State, Shipping Code and Shipping Country

To do Zoho CRM Mapping [Client contacts]

1. Log into Zoho Recruit.
2. Click Settings tab.

3. Click Zoho CRM mapping, located at the right panel.

4. In Zoho CRM mapping page, click Client contacts Tab.

5. The default mapped fields will be displayed.
6. Click Edit the mapping to map manually.

7. Map the fields.

8. Click Update.
