How to log an activity?

Activities helps you to store the actions that are associated to a candidate. This allows your team members to know the status and progress of the candidate.

To log an activity:

  1. Go to Candidates tab
  2. Select a candidate to log an activity.
  3. Click on Log an Activity link under Activties tab.
  4. Choose the required activity to be updated, from the pick-list.
    To add add a new custom activity type: Click Add activity type.
  5. Provide any additional comments in the text-box.
  6. Click on Add.
    The corresponding activity gets updated for the selected job opening.

Note: You can also view all recent activities from the Recent Activities section of your Dashboard.
