A candidate can be recommended with 2 status: Can Hire or Reject, based on the performance. Once marked, you cannot change the recommendation status.

1. From the dashboard or interviews tab click on the scheduled interview
2. Select a Candidate to mark your recommendation.
3. In the Interview details dialog-box, click on Mark Recommendation link.
4. Specify your comments about the candidate.
5. Click on "Can Hire" Interviewer can provide notes for others or for future reference
