In Zoho Recruit, with "Convert to Employee" feature you can easily convert the selected candidates to employees. Once converted the employee details is captured into Zoho People, where you track the employee's progress and other details.

To Convert Candidate to Employee:

1. Click Candidates tab.
   
2. Click on a particular Candidate.
   
3. In the record detail page, click More Actions and select Convert to Employee from the drop-down list.
   
4. In Adding User page, enter the required details and Click Add.
   
   Now the candidated status in Zoho Recruit will be automatically changed to "Converted to employee" and the details will be added to Zoho People.
