In My Account page you can view/change your personal information, password, contacts, groups, email id's, preferences, security question, etc.
To go to My Account:
- Sign into Zoho Recruit
- Click My Account located on the upper right corner.
Now you can view/change your account information.
You can change the password of all Zoho Services in Zoho Accounts.
To change password:
- Sign into Zoho Recruit.
- Click My Account located on the upper right corner.
- Click on Password.
- In the Password page, specify your Existing Password, New Password in the corresponding fields.
- Click on Save.
The new password gets updated and applicable for all Zoho Services.
Yes, you can upgrade from Free Edition to Standard Edition without losing any data.
Zoho Recruit allows you to export and take a backup of all your data in a few simple steps. You can export all your data in different formats like XLS, CSV and TSV, and the attachments in Zip file.
Note: Module refers to different tabs. For example, Job openings, Candidates, Clients, etc.
To export data:
- Click on the Module tab.
Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab.

- Click Export all [Module], located at the right panel.

- Select any one format form the available options [To Zoho Sheet, XLS, CSV, TSV].

- Click "Click here to download all the form field data" link. Download the attachments in a Zip file.

Now the records are saved in your local machine.
