In Zoho Recruit you can edit the custom list views. This is available only in paid edition.

Note: User who created the custom view has got all the permission to edit the custom view. The shared user has the permission to choose the form fields for the respective custom view.

To edit custom view:

1. Click on the [Module] tab.
   Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab
   
2. Select a custom view from the drop-down menu.
   
3. Move the mouse over "View" and click Edit link.
   
4. Edit the custom view details and click Update.
