In Zoho Recruit you can delete the custom list views. This is available only in paid edition.

Note: User who created the custom view has got the permission to delete the view. The Admin user has all access to delete the custom view created by the user.
To delete custom view:

1. Click on the [Module] tab.
   Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab
   
2. Select a custom view from the drop-down menu.
   
3. Move the mouse over "View" and click the Delete link.
   
4. Click Yes to confirm deletion.
