To create a new candidate, follow the steps given below.
Go to the Settings module.
On the right panel, click on Careers Website.
You can opt to turn on or turn off the candidate login option. Turning on this option will make it mandatory for applicants to create an account and log in before applying for job postings.
Note:Turning on this option will activate Candidate Login for all web pages already created and also for all web pages that will be created going forward. You can use the same option to turn off Candidate Login for all web pages.
Now, click on Add New Page.
In the Add New Page pop-up, select Create a new page, then Candidate application form. Click on Create.
Customize the web page using the editing options availabe. To specifically modify aspects of the candidate form, click on Settings on the candiate form widget.
On the Candidate Form Settings pop-up you can edit the acknowledgement message that would be displayed to applicants. You can also edit the label of the Apply Now button. Click on Customize Candidate Application Form Fields to customize the publish fields you would like displayed on the form.
Select the required fields and click on Back.
Note: The fields displayed on the Customize Candidate Form Fields pop-up will be the candidate fields specified as publish fields in the Candidates module. To learn more on what publish fields are and how to set them Click Here.
Now, click on Save All.
Use the Preview option to preview how the web page will appear when it goes live.
Once done, click on Save & Publish.
Note: The Themes button can be used to edit the appearance of the web page. The Page Settings button can be used to modify the settings of the web page. Hover your mouse cursor over the widgets to reveal widget editing options.
