To convert a candidate to client contact and vice versa:

1. Click Candidates/Client Contacts tab
   
2. Click on a particular candidate/client contact.
3. In Candidate/Client contact detail page, click More Actions and click Convert to Client Contact/Candidate from the drop-down list.
   
4. Now, you can link the candidate/client contact with the existing matching profiles or add a new profile and link to it. You can also modify the search to find a matching profile.
5. Click Link.
6. Select any one of the values and click Ok.
   
7. Modify the required details and click Ok.
