How to add a candidate from MS Outlook to Zoho Recruit?

The Microsoft Outlook add-on helps you to add the emails, contacts and attachments as Candidates in Zoho Recruit. 

To add a candidate from MS Outlook:

  1. Sign-in to Zoho Recruit from within MS Outlook.
  2. Click on an email/contact. 
  3. Click Add Candidate button, located at the top panel.
  4. In Add Candidate pop up box,
    Check the check-box "Parse attachment" to parse the documents from email (if available).
    Check the check-box "Associate candidate to job opening", and get the candidate associated with the client and their job opening. 
    Check the check-box "Add client contact" to add the candidate as a client contact.
  5. Click Add.
Note: Microsoft Outlook plug-in is not supported on Mac
