The following activities can be performed using the LinkedIn integration:

- Searching LinkedIn profiles
- Sending private messages
- Sending invitations
- Getting network updates
- Viewing profile details

Important Note:

While using this feature, at time you may not be able to perform certain actions and receive an alert message from Zoho, "We are not able to retrieve information from LinkedIn. You will not be able to perform this action for sometime. Please try again later."
This is because you have reached the request limit set by LinkedIn. For social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, there is a throttle limit that is re-set every 24 hours. The throttle limit is applicable for the activities that is listed above.
