Task Templates
Task templates allows you to save your tasklists and its related tasks so that you can reuse them for your projects in Zoho Projects.
Add Tasklist template
In Task Templates, you can find the Add Task List Template button in the right menu panel.
- Click Add Task List Template link
- This opens a add tasklist template form
- Type the name of your tasklist
- Click Add Task List Template button and this creates a tasklist template
Edit / Delete Tasklist template
Mouseover the tasklist template to find edit / delete icons
- Click the edit (pencil) icon
- This opens the Update Task List Template form
- Make changes to the tasklist name
- Click Update Task List Template button. This updates your tasklist template name.
To delete a tasklist template:
- Click the delete (trash can) icon
- This displays an alert message with OK/Cancel button
- Do you want to remove this template list and related template tasks
- Click OK button. This deletes your tasklist template forever.
Reorder Tasklist templates
- Click Reorder Task List Templates link
- Just drag and drop to reorder the tasklist templates
- Click Save Order link. This saves the order of the tasklist templates
Add a Task template
Click Add Task Template link in the bottom panel
- This opens a Add Task Template form
- Type a task name and Click Add Task Template
- This creates a new task template
Edit / delete Task template
Mouseover the task template to find edit / delete icons
- Click the edit (pencil) icon
- This opens the Update Task Template form
- Make changes to the task name
- Click Update Task Template button. This updates your task template name.
