Severity Classifications

This will have the bug title at the top. The links for attachment, screenshot and reply to the bug will be available immediately after the subject. The details of the bug such as descriptions, project, module, status, severity are displayed under Bug Properties in the right panel. You can edit the Owner of the issue, status, module, type for a bug. You can also edit a bug description using the edit link.

Add severity

1. Login as Project Portal Administrator
2. Select the Bug Settings tab.
3. Click Severity link
4. In this click the Add New Severity link present at the bottom. The following window will be opened

Edit severity

1. Click the "Edit" link next to the severity
2. Modify the severity name and click update
3. The severity will be updated

You can delete the severity that are not required by you using the delete link next to the severity. Furthermore, before deleting you need to move / update the bugs to a new severity and then delete it
