Post a Reply

There may be a discussion going on of your interest and you would wish to make a point or share your ideas. So for this Post a Reply option comes handy.

To post a reply :

1. Click Post a Reply link
2. A text area gets displayed
3. Type in your contents as reply and if you want to attach files use attach option
4. Select team members whom you wish to get notified
5. Click Post a Reply icon

Your reply is posted and the count for this forum post is incremented by one.

View Replies

There may be a discussion going on of your interest and you would wish to make a point or to see replies posted for a forum post, click on the replies link. A page containing the replies with username and comments (if any) will get displayed.

Update Comments

After posting a reply you may feel like you would have missed few details that needs to be added and this can be done with Update Comment option.

To update a comment :

1. Click Edit forum reply
2. A Update Comment page opens up with editable contents
3. Make necessary changes to the contents
4. Click Update icon. This displays the latest updated contents.

Delete Comments

To delete a comment :

1. Click Delete link of your reply
2. An alert message gets displayed along with a OK / Cancel button.
3. Click OK button.

This deletes the forum post along with comments.
