You can easily organize topics under a particular category using folders in project forums.
Add a Category
- Click Add Category
link - This opens add category dialogbox
- Type a folder name
- Click Add Category icon. This create a new folder
You can organize topics belonging to a particular category in different folders.
Edit / Delete Category
Click edit 
icon. This displays a edit dialogbox. Make required changes and Enter updates the category name.
To delete a category :
- Click delete icon
- An alert message Do you want to dleete this Forum category and the associated forums & comments? is displayed
- Click OK button deletes the forum category with forum posts and associated comments from the project workspace.
