Create events in Calendar

Mouseover a particular date in the calendar. This open a contextual pop-up with a set of options for you to select and add.

New Task

Mouseover a particular date in the calendar and you can find a set of options from this choose Task radio button. This open a New Task contextual pop-up.

To add a task :

1. Typein the task then select the taskslist
2. Select the project members
3. Specify the start and end date of your task
4. Set the reminder and recurring frequency (if required)
5. Click Save button

You can see your tasks getting listed in the calendar view along with the task count.

New Milestone

When you mouseover a particular date in the calendar. You can find a set of options from this choose Milestones radio button. This opens a New Milestone contextual pop-up.

To add a milestone :

1. Keyin the milestone name
2. Specify start and end date of your milestone
3. Select the owner for the milestone
4. Click Save button

( Note : Default selected flag is Internal )

The milestone added spans as a long thin green bar between selected dates.

New Event

When you mouseover a particular date in the calendar. You can find a set of options from this choose Event radio button. This opens the New Event contextual pop-up.

To add an event :

1. Typein the event name, choose meeting venue or conference hall
2. Specify start and end date and time of your meeting
3. Set duration, remind all and repeat interval (if required)
4. Select the participants and click Save button

The scheduled event will get listed along with the repeat interval and meeting count.

New Bug

Mouseover a particular date in the calendar and you can find a set of option from this choose Bugs radio button. This opens a File a Bug contextual pop-up.

To add a bug :

1. Typein problem title and description of the bug
2. Set related milestone, module and classification for the bug
3. Select the participants and click Save button

You can see the newly filed bug in Bugs tab under All Bugs view.
