Activate Zoho Projects in Google's Universal Navigation

Now you can access Zoho Projects from within Google Mail using Google Apps credentials. From here, you will be redirected to Zoho Projects and a new portal gets automatically created with the same name similar to your Google Apps domain name.
Example : If your Google Apps Domain is Zilluminc.com then a default portal zillumincdotcom will be automatically gets reserved for you.
To access Zoho Projects from Google Mail's Universal Navigation :
- Login with your Google Apps credentials in GMail
- Click on more link present at the top
- A pop-up menu will load with a link to Zoho Projects
- Click on Zoho Projects link and this will create a new portal in Zoho Projects
Note : If your Google Apps Domain is Zilluminc.com then a default portal zillumincdotcom will be automatically gets reserved for you.

Add Google Apps Users for a Project

Create a new project and Zoho Projects will automatically populate users from Google Apps domain. You can select project role for each user and add them in Zoho Projects.

Create a Milestone, tasklist for your project Now add a task with proper start and end dates then select the "Add to Google Calendar" option will automatically add your task to Google Calendar under a default calendar name "zoho"
