Website Integration

Purpose

Website integration is used to publish web forms online and to add records to the Zoho People forms directly from your website. Embed forms with login access help to provide privacy for the embed URL. Embed forms without login access help to the user to access the form without the need to login, provided the user is aware of the location of the form. 

Employees can add records to Zoho People directly from the website, if they have access to embed forms.

Embedding Forms with Login Access

To embed Forms with login access,

  • Click Setup > Integration > Embed forms with login access
  • Select the form name from Select Form drop-down list
  • Customize the look by selecting Font face, Section text color, Field label background color, Field label text color, iFrame Width, iFrame Height
  • Copy the code snippet and paste it into your website
  • Provide your Login ID and Password

  • The form will be now integrated into your website

Note:

By default, the employee, and the department forms will not be allowed to be embedded.

If the embed URL requires being private according to a certain designation,department, etc, then login access for embed forms comes into action.

Embedding Forms without Login Access

Follow these steps to embed Forms without login access.

  • Click Setup > Integration > Embed forms without login access
  • Select the form name from Select Form drop-down list
  • Customize the look by selecting Font face, Section text color, Field label background color,Field label text color, iFrame Width, iFrame Height
  • Copy the code snippet and paste it into your website
  • The form will be now integrated into your website
