Once you have recorded your work items in the timesheet, you can generate a report for future use. Time Tracker Reports allows you to generate accurate graphical reports of how you spend time on different work items. It displays the summary of total worked hours for a specific user or for all users in the organization. You can create your own custom time tracking reports, view billable and non-billable hours in a visual form, export reports in a variety of formats and print them online.

Payroll gives you a report summary of a user on what, when, how much the user has worked. The summary shows the billable hours, non-billable hours, total hours and the amount paid for the user. You can print the document using browser or download it as PDF and you can also export the data.
You can generate bills for the timelogs that you logged in. After generating the bill, you can send invoice via mail for invoicing purpose or send it to your clients.

After generating the bill, you can push it to Zoho Invoice for invoicing purpose. While pushing the bill, Contacts, Tax, Invoice, Currency and Client details will be also pushed to Zoho Invoice.

How to edit a bill?
If you edit a tax value in settings, the bill that was associated with that particular tax will not be changed. For example, if you edit service tax in settings from 14 to 14.5, the bill amount will still remain with the same old tax value. However, you can edit the bill if you want to change the old tax value to new tax value. The bill will be automatically updated with the new tax value and will also update the bill that was send to Zoho Invoice.
The bill that was already generated will list both the old and new tax value as shown in the image below. But for a newly generated bill, only the new tax value will be shown.
This gives you the billable, non-billable and the total hours worked for each client. You can click on the client name to view the complete summary of the jobs associated to the client and the users who are working under that project. It also displays the total estimated hours and the logged hours for each job item listed. If the approval is configured, the approved hours only will be listed.
