How do I disable the unwanted fields in the view?

  1. Go to 'Organization' tab and click 'Employee' link.
  2. On the left side of the page, under 'Views', click on the 'Edit' icon.
  3. View configuration page will appear on your screen.
  4. Click 'Add columns' to edit the fields.
  5. Disable (uncheck) the unwanted fields.
  6. Click 'Save'.

How do I export the approved leave records?

  1. Go to the 'Organization' tab and click 'Employee' link.
  2. Click 'All Requests' drop-down box and select 'Approved Requests'.
  3. This will list all the approved leave requests.
  4. Click 'More Actions' and 'Export Data'.
