Steps
1.Select the document, spreadsheet or presentation in your Docs list to send.
2.A drop-down menu will appear on doing mouse right-click of the selected file.
3.Select 'Send Email' option from drop-down menu,the selected files get attached in the Compose Mail dialog.
4. When you're done composing, click the Send button.
