Zoho Docs, Online Document Management is an easy and secure way to share files online. All files are stored in a central location which makes sharing easy. While sharing files online you can communicate, edit and view documents in real time. You can also attach documents and send email to individuals or groups directly from Zoho Docs. Zoho Docs has built-in Chat feature, that lets you share your views and ideas easily with your friends, team members, etc, and makes your work more interesting. In Zoho Docs, you will see a folder "Shared Docs", which distinguishes between files you have shared with others, and those that others have shared with you.
Zoho Docs offers Private Sharing and Group Sharing:
Private Sharing - Zoho Docs allows you to share files privately with an individual, by entering the email address manually and assigning either read-only or read-and-edit permissions to the recipients.
Group Sharing - Zoho Docs also offers group sharing, which allows multiple users to work and collaborate in real-time. Zoho Docs users can upload and share multiple documents at once with unlimited number of people or with pre-formed group members, assigning either read-only or read-and-edit permissions to the recipients.
