PLEASANTON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zoho today announced the immediate availability of Zoho Recruit, its easy-to-use applicant tracking system that helps staffing agencies, recruiting professionals and HR departments to source, track and hire the right candidates. Zoho Recruit automates the entire hiring process — from creating and posting job openings to recruiting new employees — so recruiters can spend less time on those steps and more time getting the right candidate. The success of the recruitment module within Zoho People led to the creation of the standalone service, Zoho Recruit. A complete staffing and hiring solution, Zoho Recruit lets users acquire, screen, assess and position candidates in a short span of time, while securely managing all data from a single UI. Highlights of Zoho Recruit include:

• Activity dashboard — Provides a quick snapshot of the latest activities in the organization, such as interviews scheduled, job openings added, new clients, status updates and more.
• Candidate module — Helps track candidates and their progress. Users can track interactions with the candidate, tag candidates for quick searches, send bulk mails to candidates and also track hot candidates.
• Job Opening module — Lets managers create job requirements and lets recruiters post openings on their website. Users can attach job requirements and add notes on any changes.
• Client and Contact Management module — Lets agencies and independent recruiters track clients and their contacts’ details. Productivity tools include Forward to Client, which sends short-listed resumes to clients with a single mouse click; Hotlists, which helps with bulk mailing to clients on new candidates; and Activity Log to keep track of changes.
• Interviews module — Keeps track of the scheduled interviews, their status, and most importantly, the concluding decisions and the reasons for them.
• Customization module — Customizes the service to suit each organization’s needs — all through a simple drag and drop interface. Users can add their own section, fields, configure audit for fields, etc. Users can also add their custom status to suit their business process.
