Inside Zoho Survey
Zoho Survey is designed for survey professionals and novices alike. The application features a clean, modern user interface with templates and themes that can be used “out of the box” or can be customized extensively. To get users started quickly, Zoho Survey includes a variety of pre-built survey templates for conducting surveys in customer satisfaction, education, human resources, marketing, marketing research and other areas.
Users can also build their own, custom surveys that include multiple question types — multiple choice, ratings, text boxes and more — as well as add custom logic to surveys at the question level and page level allowing users to present relevant questions to respondents. In addition to the web app, users can create and publish surveys on the go using the native iPad Survey Builder.
After the survey is created, users can preview the survey to see how it will display in standard web browsers and on mobile devices. To deliver the best possible experience for mobile survey takers, Zoho Survey automatically renders each survey for optimal display regardless of the target device, including tablets and smartphones.
Zoho Survey also supports collaborative survey review. A survey creator can invite colleagues to review and comment on a survey before publishing it. Reviewers can add comments to each survey question, and the survey creator can see those comments as they are added in real time.
To streamline publishing, Zoho Survey integrates with Zoho Campaigns. After building a survey in Zoho Survey, users can email it to their contacts via Zoho Campaigns. Users can also send surveys via MailChimp, which is also integrated with Zoho Survey. Pre-built integrations with social media tools allow users to publish their surveys to Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google+.
Zoho Survey offers a variety of built-in reports and charts to make sense of the survey results. Users can view aggregated responses or create filters and cross-tabs for in-depth analysis. Custom reports can be created to share specific data with other collaborators. Survey data can be viewed in Zoho Sheet or exported to Google Drive. Survey data can also be exported in standard formats (.CSV or .PDF).

Zoho Survey is available immediately. The Free Edition includes unlimited surveys and up to 15 questions and 150 responses per survey. The Standard Edition is $19 per month with unlimited surveys, unlimited questions and up to 2,000 responses per month. The Professional Edition is $180 per year with unlimited surveys, unlimited questions and unlimited responses.
