Multiple Meeting Viewers

Zoho Meeting provides three different types of viewer for the participants to join online meetings: Active X, Java and Flash Viewers. Participants can choose the viewers based on their need.

Flash Viewer: Works on Windows, Mac and Linux OS and enables to join the online meeting fast. We recommend you to use the Flash viewer by default.

You can experience how the flash viewer works by attending the Zoho Meeting live session. You can join the meeting as a participant with the default flash viewer and see one of our office computers setup as a presenter.

Active X Viewer: The viewer is fast for remote control function and is windows dependent. The presenter can use all the functions of Zoho Meeting e.g. switch presenter, remote control.

Java Viewer: You can choose this viewer if your system is not installed with Active X or Flash plugins. Also, it provides fast remote control function.

E-learning Program: When conducting mass training, students can choose the Flash viewer. The participants need not download any agent and they can join your meeting fast. Also, refer embed meeting to conduct mass training.

Customer Support personnel: Active X viewer is best for customer support personnel as it provides fast remote control. Support personnel can use the Zoho remote assistance for customer remote support. Please refer the remote assistance page for more.

Linux and Mac OS users: If your participants are on Linux or Mac OS without flash plugin, they can use the Java viewer to join your online meeting.
