Conversation view

Zoho Mail Supports Conversation View, for the messages that are forwarded or replied. The messages which are a part of some conversation thread are indicated by the 'Conversation' icon in the listing.

The messages which have conversation threads of related messages have a conversation icon in the listing denoting the thread of messages. Click on the icon to view the entire conversation in a separate tab.

The messages are listed in the order of receiving. From the message tree, the flow of messages can be easily interpreted as who replied to whom and how the conversation proceeded. A preview of the message content is displayed and you can have a quick glance into the conversation. The whole message can be read from the preview pane or new tab or new Window.

You can add the same label to all the messages in the entire conversation, by clicking the ‘Label entire thread’ button.
