Adding Flags

You can add flags to your emails in Zoho Mail. The flags categories available in Zoho Mail are

  • Important (Red)
  • Follow Up (Green)
  • Info (Yellow)

Flag Single Email

You can flag the email directly in the listing pane or from the message pane (preview, popup or tab) in Zoho Mail.

  1. To flag a particular email, Right-click on the flag icon.
  2. The flags will appear as shown
  3. Select the flag you want to apply.
  4. The selected flag will be added to the email.

Add Important Flag to Email

You can flag messages as important in just a single click in Zoho Mail.

  1. Click on the flag icon corresponding to the message. 
  2. The email will be flagged as 'Important'

Flag Multiple Emails

Select the emails you want to add flag, by clicking the Checkbox. In the Listing pane command bar, select Mark As and Select the flag you want to apply.

Remove Flag from Single Email

You can remove the flag from the email in the listing pane or in the Reading pane.

  1. Select the flagged Email
  2. Click the flag
  3. The flag will be removed from the email
