What do I need to use Zoho Invoice?

How do I get a Zoho login?
You need to sign up for our service to get a Zoho login.
Follow the below instructions to sign up for Zoho Invoice
- Go to http://invoice.zoho.com.
- Click on the 'Sign Up Now !' button shown in the below image.
- Fill in the sign up form to get a Zoho Login.
- Confirm your registration by clicking the link sent to your email address, and then continue with the setup process.
Is that all I need to get started?
Yes. Just login to Zoho Invoice, fill in the quick setup form and start invoicing.
All you need to start invoicing using Zoho Invoice is to fill in a quick setup form (see below image). This form is shown only when you login to Zoho Invoice for the first time.
Ideally, the only field you would need to enter should be your organization's name. Based on the country in which you are browsing - the browser locale - Zoho Invoice sets appropriate values for language, Time Zone and Currency.
For example, if your browser locale is India, Zoho Invoice will set the language as English and your base currency as INR.

Do you support invoicing in other languages like Italian, Japanese etc..
Indeed, Zoho Invoice is internationalized and localized for over eleven languages. Simply put, you can use Zoho Invoice in your native language.

Follow the instructions below to change your language
- Sign in to your Zoho Invoice account and go to the 'Settings' tab.
- Click the 'Organization Profile' link under 'Organization Settings'.
- On the 'Organization Profile' page, from the 'Language' drop down select the language of your preference.
- Click on the 'Save' button and you start invoicing in your desired language.
Can I change my language after I have started to use the service?
Yes you can. Follow the instructions provided above to change your language.
Can you please provide Zoho Invoice in my native language?
If you want to use Zoho Invoice in a language that is not there in the list above, please send an e-mail to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com.
I came across some translation errors in my native language version of Zoho Invoice, I want them to be corrected! Please send the corrections to support[at]zohoinvoice[dot]com and we will touch base with our translation provider.
