What user roles are available in Zoho Invoice?

  • Admin: The admin user has unrestricted access to all modules. Any action related to the account like upgrade or a downgrade, changes in settings, user addition/deletion, customer data exports and reports generation can be done only by the admin user.
  • Staff: The staff user is restricted from accessing reports, settings and some sub-links under the Home tab like subscription details, change plan, users, etc. In addition to this, they are also restricted from exporting crucial information like your customers details.
  • Staff user with access to timetracking only: If required a staff user can be restricted to making filling out timesheets only.
