How do I know if my invoice has been snail mailed to my customer?

To check this:

  • Go to the 'Customers' tab
  • Choose to view the details of the customer who is the recipient of the snail mail
  • Scroll down on the 'Customer Details' page and click the 'Mail History' tab
  • Under the tab, click 'Snail Mail History' and you'll see the status of all snail mails sent to the customer
