Each organization is considered as a separate account. Hence copying/migrating the data from one organization to the other wouldn't be possible.

Work-around : The only option is to export the data from the first organization as a CSV file and have it manually imported into the second organization. Same way, you need to manually enter/update the settings and layout for the new organization. For help on the manual export & import process, please refer
