Steps to export customers from Zoho Invoices

• Go to the 'Customers' Tab.
• Click on 'Export Customers' link on the sidebar of the page.
• The 'Export Customers' page allows you to export the customers as either CSV or XLS files.
• Select the preferred file format and click on the 'Export' button to complete the process.

Select the format in which you want to export the customers by clicking on the drop-down icon on the 'Export Formats' list.

The following formats are currently supported

• XLS file (Microsoft Excel)
• CSV (Comma Separated Values)

Click on the 'Export' button to complete the process.

Steps to export contact persons from Zoho Invoice

• Go to the 'Customers' Tab.
• Click on 'Export Contact Persons' link on the sidebar of the page.
• The 'Export Contact Persons' page allows you to export the contacts as either CSV or XLS files.
• Select the preferred file format and click on the 'Export' button to complete the process.

Select the format in which you want to export the contacts by clicking on the drop-down icon on the 'Export Formats' list.
