Don't worry if you've forgotten your password. You can retrieve it in no time. Here are the instructions to do this:
- Go to www.zoho.com/login.html
- Click the “Forgot password?” link.
- On the following screen, enter your email address that you had entered at the time of setting up your Zoho account, and then complete the image verification.
- Click the “Request” button.
- You'll receive an email from Zoho accounts to that email address with a link to reset the password; click that link.
- Enter the new password.
- Sign in to Zoho Invoice using the new password.
While following the instructions above, if the link to reset the password doesn't work, simply copy the link and paste it onto a browser and it must work fine.
