No, uploading of logo isn't possible through the mobile apps. However, you could access the web-app (Zoho Invoice) of Zoho Invoice to upload the your company logo to the invoices and estimates. All you need to do is to get into the "Logo & Themes" option under the "Organization Settings" page.
