If you use Zoho Business, you probably are familiar with the Tasks module. This module is now completely redesigned making it more user friendly.
For those of you not familiar with Zoho Tasks, you can access it from http://tasks.zoho.com. You can manage your tasks, add sub-tasks, assign tasks, categorize, prioritize, setup repeat tasks, reminders etc.
This new update provides additional flexibility for adding tasks, especially recurring tasks.
Zoho CRM Integration
Zoho Tasks now lists your tasks from Zoho CRM. Below the categories on the left, you’ll see an additional option ‘Other Services’ under which you’ll see all your CRM tasks. This option displays all your tasks from Zoho CRM. This is a two way integration. This means, you can add tasks under the CRM section in Zoho Tasks and they’ll show up in Zoho CRM application.
Zoho Mail Integration with Tasks
Apart from adding tasks within the Tasks application, we also provided this option in Zoho Mail as well. When you open an email, you’ll find a new ‘Add to Task’ option under ‘More Options’. This is yet another way to add tasks from email.
As we said previously, we are focusing more on contextually integrating Zoho apps
. This is yet another step towards tighter integrations and we will continue to integrate other apps.
