Viewing Shared User Details

Steps

1. Select the document
2. Right click and select Properties option from the drop-down menu
3. A dialog box appears, click on the Share details tab
4. Shared users details will be displayed.

Viewing Type of Sharing

To view the type of sharing i.e personal sharing or shared with organizaton

1. Log into Zoho Docs
2. In the Documents Listing you will be able to see people icons.
3. Move you cusor over the icons and you will be able to see the type of sharing.
