Add Tag to Files

Add tag to documents

Steps

  1. Select the file and click on 'Add Tag' button from the toolbar
  2. Enter the tag name and click 'Submit' button.

Add Tag to Shared Files

To add tags to shared files or documents:

  1. Click on either the Shared To Me or Shared By Me options on the left side panel.
  2. Select the shared file and click on the Actions drop-down in the toolbar or right click on the file and from the drop-down menu click on 'Add Tag' option.
  3. Enter the tag name and click 'Submit' button.
  4. The tag will get added to the document or file.

Assign Tags to the documents

Steps

  1. To assign tag , click on the Add Tag button.
  2. Click on the Tag button and select the tag name.

Remove Tag

Steps

  1. Click on the 'Tags' menu from the left side panel.
  2. Select the 'Delete' symbol present beside each tag.
  3. Click on 'OK' to delete.

Add Tag as a Folder

  1. To create a Tag , click on the plus icon.
  2. Enter the tag name and click add button to create tag.

Steps

  1. Select the document
  2. Right click and select 'properties' option from the displayed menu
  3. A dialog box appears, select the 'tag details' option
  4. Tags assigned to the document will be listed.
