Adding Comments in Documents

With Zoho Writer you can add comments to a document. This would be useful when you collaborate on a document so you will be able to view the feedback on each document.

To add a comment:

  1. Select the text that you want to comment on
  2. Right click on the selected text and click on the Add Comment option or click on the Review tab >> Add Comment
  3. A comment box will appear on the right hand side
  4. Add your comment and click on Post
  5. The comment will be posted on the right hand side, which you can view by clicking on the username
  6. To delete a comment click on the username and click on the Delete icon
